One service call pays for your entire month. Recently, I ranted about horrible phone setups, such as having your voicemail full or no voicemail even set up.
Guys, look, if you want to be a plumber or an HVAC tech, that’s great. Go plumb or swap out condenser coils to your heart’s content.
But if you want to own a plumbing or HVAC business and be a professional, then have a professional phone setup.
If I was a working owner and I didn’t have a full-time office to answer the phone, I would hire a virtual receptionist. I compiled a list of companies for one of our clients at True Blue Collar.
