If you own a plumbing, HVAC, or electrical shop, then stay tuned. Here’s an ad for air conditioning repair that is running in Oklahoma City, and we’ll be using PPC Reveal, a tool we created at True Blue Collar, to see this ad.
So, this is a little unfair because these guys are running about a dozen other ads that have good headlines and ad copy, but this one? It sucks. You cannot have a super generic headline like “Home Service You Can Trust”, and then their name, “Hightech”—that doesn’t imply air conditioning repair at all.
Now, I can’t fault them for their name, but you better have the search term in the ad copy. I’m sorry, Mr. Oklahoma City HVAC owner, this ad slipped through your quality control process, but it shouldn’t have—because this Google ad sucks.
