But I’ve got an old school idea. Go Postal.

In my own research, I found that about 76% of consumers searching for a contractor didn’t have one in mind when they searched. Basically, three out of four people can’t remember the last contractor they used.

I mean, you can’t really blame them, though, right?

We’ve got way too many things on our minds and remembering the name of the plumbing company who reset their crapper last year is probably asking too much.

So, what should you do?

You should definitely be sending out a monthly email newsletter to try and stay front and center in your customers minds.

But, I’ve got an old school idea. Go Postal.

Send them a card four times a year and pick fun holidays that no one sends cards for. President’s Day, the 4th of July, maybe even Groundhog Day.

Send those cards and I guarantee your customers won’t be forgetting you.
