Maybe This Is the Spark Google Local Service Ads Need to Catch Fire 🔥
I know—I’m overly tough on Google most of the time.

But I think they just made a significant improvement to Local Service Ads (LSAs)—aka Google Guaranteed ads.

What’s Changing?
🚀 Starting on iOS (iPhone) and rolling out to everyone, Google will now show LSA ads in Google Maps.

Why This Matters
Personally, I’ve always been a big fan of running regular ads in the Google Map Pack—because:

✅ Consumers are naturally drawn to this space.
✅ They might click on an ad thinking it’s just a regular Google Business Profile.

And I think the same reasoning applies to running LSAs in Google Maps.

Will This Actually Help?
A lot of contractors I speak with have had little or no success with LSAs.

Or worse—they used to use them, and then the program dried up.

The Bottom Line?
🚨 Maybe this is the spark that Google Local Service Ads need to catch fire.
