Thinking about hiring a marketing agency?

Here are three questions you absolutely need to ask before signing anything:

1️⃣ Have you worked with plumbers before?
👉 Seems obvious, right? But there are a lot of generalist agencies out there who would be happy to take your money and learn your business on the fly.

2️⃣ Have they managed paid search before?
👉 I know, I know—I’m starting to sound like Captain Obvious here.

But not every agency has actually run Google or Facebook ads before.

📌 Make sure you confirm this.

3️⃣ Will they be managing your Google Ads from YOUR account or THEIRS?
👉 Because only scumbags run your ads from their Google Ads account.

🚨 Don’t get in bed with these people. 🚨

There’s definitely more to hiring a new agency, but when I went through this dance as a General Manager, getting these three questions right was non-negotiable.
