Hey contractors, your website is invisible. And here are four crazy facts to drive it home.
Here are all the website clicks in the US in May 2024 for a search that triggered the three-business map pack. Think a local search like “plumber near me” or “AC repair near me.”
And it is listed by rank on Google from 1 to 20. So, Google Santa. I know it’s summer, but roll with me.
Google Santa brought 136 million local clicks in May. So, what were your chances of getting a click based on your Google ranking? Let’s see.
Your high school athlete has a better chance of playing college ball than you getting a click at number three.
You had a better chance of getting your car stolen than getting a customer at 10.
There’s a better chance your kid is born on leap day than birthing a new customer at 15.
And finally, you’ll probably get hit by lightning before you get new business at 20.
I get it. So, reach out for a plan that actually gets new customers.
