You can’t be single focused with your marketing!
Yeah, I know I’m being a bit of a smart ass, but in the conversations I’m having with contractors like you, I’m hearing a lot of black & white statements like “we just need better SEO” and “ads don’t work for us”.
And the reality is that yeah you probably could use better SEO and ads are getting more expensive, but if you are doing one at the exclusion of the other, then within 90 days you’ll probably be on the phone with a marketing guy like me trying to figure out what went wrong.
You need to be throwing the entire marketing & advertising “kitchen sink” at getting your phone to ring.

Getting the phone to ring ain’t easy. You need to be doing paid search to get the calls coming in, but you also need to be optimizing your SEO and Google Business Profile so you can bring down your acquisition costs. And you need to be reactivating your old customer base so you can boost lifetime value.
But if you insist on just doing one at the exclusion of the others? Well…
